Ready to take this Dorm Room Workout challenge?
Finding time to work out at school can be difficult. You don’t always have time between classes to run to the school gym. At my university, you often have to wait at least fifteen minutes to even get a machine. This can affect my motivation. In order to keep myself on track, I started switching up my routine every once in a while and doing some workouts that could be done entirely in my dorm room. I like to keep these dorm room workouts short, but intense. The key to these dorm room workouts is keeping your heart rate up. Below is a sample workout that can be done from a dorm or apartment in 15 minutes.
- 15 Squats
- 10 Push-ups
- 20 Alternating Lunges
- 20 Mountain Climbers
Keep repeating the circuit above for a total of 15 minutes. If you really want to push yourself, do it for 20 minutes!
